We want YOU!

Mission-minded partners,

There is an acute need these days for Pathways-trained pastors and ministry leaders who are willing to join us in equipping pastors in Africa with Pathways Bible study skills. I have just completed a stateside-based training that went very well. We had a great time studying the first few chapters of Genesis utilizing some of the Pathways tools, and we also cruised through the rest of the workshops giving a quick overview of all of Pathways. Perhaps some of these will join us, but even if they do, the needs are still greater.

Training pastors and ministry leaders in the Pacific Northwest

At the same time, I have six networks in Africa that are waiting to be launched, but I have no U.S. trainers ready to send to them so that African pastors eager to receive Bible training can be equipped. This is very challenging, because even though I’m going every month to different parts of Africa, I am not able to meet the needs of these pastors.

What specifically is needed? Each network requires two pastors visiting the network three times each year. So six pastors who travel in pairs once a year can fully train a network over three years.

Pastors in Kenya, Rwanda, Malawi, Liberia, and other places are waiting for training. Do you know a pastor who has a passion for expository preaching who would be willing to receive free training toward possibly equipping pastors in Africa? Please connect us. And in the meantime, pray God will care for these dear ministry leaders, moving them to study His Word as best they can, and that He would give me wisdom in how to shepherd them.
