Pathways Multiplication

Are you ready to be encouraged? I hope so! Because I’m encouraged and want to pass the good news along to you. Pathways is being multiplied exponentially all over the globe!

Here is one story: Pastor Emile went through our entire 3-year, 9-workshop Pathways cycle in Lome, Togo. After each workshop, he took a bus four hours to the north to a rural area of Togo to pass on the Bible study principles he had received. Last year, he was one of our graduates who received a “Master Trainer” certificate. He was also one of our coordinators:

Pastor Emile was one of our three Togo coordinators. He is standing to my right.

About a month or two ago, he sent me pictures describing the graduation service he had just conducted with the pastors in northern Togo that he had been training. I will never meet these men, but they have received our training, and under Emile’s leadership, they will faithfully preach God’s Word. Hallelujah!

In the recent training I did in two locations of Uganda, there are approximately 620 other pastors and ministry leaders being trained with Pathways. In each of our networks, we make clear that multiplying the training is a requirement, following Jesus’ example with his disciples and Paul’s words to Timothy (2 Timothy 2:2). We don’t want only the pastors we work with to be trained. We long for good Bible training to spread all through countries, continents, and the world!

Please pray along with us for God’s Spirit to move and pastors to pass on what they receive. I’ll be casting this vision to Rwandan pastors in a few days in northern Rwanda. Then I’ll fly to Romania to celebrate the good work God has been doing in Craiova and graduate a network of master trainers. To God be the glory as His kingdom grows through faithful servants like Emile!
