A little over a week ago, I taught at our church from Psalm 91, a tremendous song about God’s protection for the one who “dwells in the shelter of the Most High.” There was a good amount of interaction from the group that was present, so I tried to trim that out of this video so you can enjoy the content and perhaps engage in your own interaction. Here is the Psalm, and then the video, and finally an overview I created:<\/p>\n

91\u00a0<\/strong>He who dwells in\u00a0the shelter of the Most High
\nwill abide in\u00a0the shadow of the Almighty.
\n2\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>I will say to the\u00a0Lord, \u201cMy\u00a0refuge and my\u00a0fortress,
\nmy God, in whom I\u00a0trust.\u201d<\/p>\n

3\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>For he will deliver you from\u00a0the snare of the fowler
\nand from the deadly pestilence.
\n4\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>He will\u00a0cover you with his pinions,
\nand under his\u00a0wings you will\u00a0find refuge;
\nhis\u00a0faithfulness is\u00a0a shield and buckler.
\n5\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>You will not fear\u00a0the terror of the night,
\nnor the arrow that flies by day,
\n6\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
\nnor the destruction that wastes at noonday.<\/p>\n

7\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>A thousand may fall at your side,
\nten thousand at your right hand,
\nbut it will not come near you.
\n8\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>You will only look with your eyes
\nand\u00a0see the recompense of the wicked.<\/p>\n

9\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>Because you have made the\u00a0Lord\u00a0your\u00a0dwelling place\u2014
\nthe Most High, who is my\u00a0refuge\u2014
\n10\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>no evil shall be allowed to befall you,
\nno plague come near your tent.<\/p>\n

11\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>For he will command his\u00a0angels concerning you
\nto\u00a0guard you in all your ways.
\n12\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>On their hands they will bear you up,
\nlest you\u00a0strike your foot against a stone.
\n13\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>You will tread on\u00a0the lion and the\u00a0adder;
\nthe young lion and\u00a0the serpent you will\u00a0trample underfoot.<\/p>\n

14\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>\u201cBecause he\u00a0holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him;
\nI will protect him, because he\u00a0knows my name.
\n15\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>When he\u00a0calls to me, I will answer him;
\nI will be with him in trouble;
\nI will rescue him and\u00a0honor him.
\n16\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>With\u00a0long life I will satisfy him
\nand\u00a0show him my salvation.\u201d<\/p>\n
