{"id":4603,"date":"2026-09-09T10:41:02","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T17:41:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/belzglobal.com\/ministry\/?p=4603"},"modified":"2026-09-09T10:41:02","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T17:41:02","slug":"nigeria-is-next","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/belzglobal.com\/ministry\/2026\/09\/09\/nigeria-is-next\/","title":{"rendered":"Nigeria is next"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a refreshing couple months break from international travel, while keeping busy preaching each Sunday, leading a new home group, and developing curriculum, I head off tomorrow to Akure, Nigeria for the final workshop with this network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"554\" height=\"554\" src=\"https:\/\/belzglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4604\" srcset=\"https:\/\/belzglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image.png 554w, https:\/\/belzglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/belzglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/image-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 554px) 100vw, 554px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are some of the specifics, and we would very much appreciate your prayers for this time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nigeria: September 10-19, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Overview:<\/strong> This will be the final training for this network of 14 pastors and ministry leaders and will be focused on our Genesis workshop with an extra day of review.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Itinerary:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sept 10-12 &#8211; Travel to Nigeria and planning for training.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sept 13 &#8211; Preach in church and meetings with network leaders and participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sept 14-17 &#8211; Review of all Pathways principles, training in Genesis workshop, graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sept 18-19 &#8211; Travel back home.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prayer Points:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please pray for the people of Nigeria. A reliable organization (Voice of the Martyrs) says Nigeria is the most dangerous country in the world to be a Christian. On average 35 believers every day are martyred for their faith in Christ.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please pray for God to use these and other pastors to launch movements of good teaching from God\u2019s Word rather than reproducing false gospels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pray coordinator Gideon and the participants will be well prepared and receive training well. Eric is going solo on this trip, so pray for wisdom and understanding as he guides these ministry leaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please pray for Holly while Eric is away.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for your prayers and partnership, friends.
