Although I hate to share about myself, it is true that we are desperately in need of prayer, and so here goes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\">I was making good progress in my health up until a couple months ago. \u00a0A sleep study I did along with some other tests revealed low iron. \u00a0It was very helpful to start treatment until my body reacted to the iron medication! \u00a0Without going into unwanted details, the bottom line is that I have been pretty much bed ridden for the last two months! \u00a0As you can imagine, this is challenging for everyone in the family. I am scheduled to see a specialist on July 18. PLEASE pray for us while Eric is gone to Kenya for 11 days and that the doctor would be able to help my body get balanced out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Alyssa was making some good progress but has kind of relapsed in the last few weeks, perhaps tied in with my decline. \u00a0We are asking for prayer that she will be able to rest well over the summer and get up to speed for school in the fall. We are really excited that we found a virtual academy school for her. \u00a0She will be able to participate in classes with other students in an online classroom setting.\u00a0 We are hoping this will not drain her energy as much since she will not have to travel back and forth to school each day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\">Both boys are busy working doing odd jobs for several neighbors and people in our church! \u00a0Living in the country provides endless needs for digging, trimming, chopping and mowing! \u00a0They will also be taking some hiking trips and working at our church summer outreach program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\">Adam is doing well overall and will be starting Running Start college classes in the fall in addition to continuing part time at high school. \u00a0He will start driving everyday so we are praying for travel protection for him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\">Andrew is always looking for new adventures. To the delight of the family, one of his many interests is making desserts. He recently tested positive for H-pylori so we are hoping the treatment \u00a0will clear up some of the gut issues he has had ever since we returned from Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/belzglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/image001.png\" title=\"Lemon cake Andrew made\" style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/belzglobal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/image001.png\" alt=\"Lemon cake Andrew made\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\">Thank you for your prayers and continuing with us on this journey.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.3em\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Love, Holly<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eric asked me (Holly) to share about developments in our family over the past couple months in hopes that people will join us in prayer.
