Tomorrow morning I climb back onto on airplane heading for the southern Africa nation of Malawi. Last time I was there, cyclone Freddy had just swept through and decimated much of the region. The network in Malawi has about 16 master trainers from the southern and central regions of Malawi.

Itinerary:
Thursday – Saturday Oct 12-14 – Travel to Blantyre, Malawi. Meet with leaders.
Sunday Oct 15 – Preach in church, prepare for training.
Monday – Thursday Oct 16-19 – Pathways Workshop #2 training.
Friday – Saturday Oct 20-21 – Travel back to US.

Here are a few prayer points for the time in Malawi:

1. Please pray for the two coordinators (Rabson from the south and Edwin from the central) who have been working hard to guide the participants. Pray I can be an encouragement to them and the master trainers as I offer workshop two through 2 Timothy.
2. Pray all participants are practicing principles and passing the training to other ministry leaders.
3. Malawi is extremely poor, and so the pastors need financial assistance to travel to and attend the training. Pray I can be wise with how to offer assistance in helpful ways.
